We were so pleased to be introduced to Rebecca and Brett by Lumina collaborator Natalie Waters.

A home away from home… Rebecca and Brett developed their business idea around their passion for delivering quality and supportive services and respite accommodation for those living with disabilities and their families. Their aim with the brand voice, was to emulate a feeling of relaxed comfort and to tie in with their love for living on the beautiful coastal region of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Their commitment to provide a service like no other where dreams are encouraged to be lived without limitations, was a theme we wanted to harness when first developing the logo and colour palette and then to flow through with beautiful photographic imagery provided by Lumina Collaborator, Sonja Wrethman. Brett talked to our brand specialist Brooke about his love of the water and how the ocean was a source of both relaxation and invigoration for him and his own family. We used this as our inspiration and Brooke created a hand drawn illustration incorporating stylised waves spilling out from a sphere to reflect the limitlessness of adventure whilst being embraced, guided and protected. The aim with the colour palette was to tie in with these ocean scapes and coastal vibes also wanting it to be calming and cool. Working with deep grey-blue, sand and aqua blue and green tones, we were able to capture this.

Using beautiful photographs and aligning with the brand voice, Nicole, our web designer created a beautifully customised online platform. The website features an integrated calendar booking function for complete, up-to-date functionality. It’s smooth flowing aesthetic and contemporary features make the online experience effortless, enhancing the audience experience and communicating the business’ mission and services with style and cohesive continuity.
