Meet Natalie

Business Coach & Mentor

With a passion for everything business, as a Business Coach and Mentor, Natalie supports businesses in growing and improving their overall performance as well as helping them get clarity of the direction that their business is headed.

Working more like an ‘objective business partner’, she is there to assist businesses focus on the activities that are making a profit and shine a light on areas that you haven’t yet explored, areas that need streamlining and perhaps a little more structure.

Having run her own successful Sea Kayak Manufacturing and Tour business, taking clients on multi day adventures around 12 different destinations in Australia and Internationally, Natalie understands how important it is to stay ahead of your competitors. She also knows how important it is to work with someone who is there for you to bounce ideas off with, for accountability, also have someone who will challenge your limits and overcome your fears in order to get your business to where you want it to be.

“I love the variety of working with many different businesses whether they be at start-up phase or existing businesses that are expanding, growing and scaling to the next level. I am motivated by being able to assist businesses with strategies and techniques to increase their reach and revenue as well as identify and design ‘out of the box’ marketing initiatives in order to get in front of new prospective customers. I love to champion and inspire my clients through insights, support and encouragement”.

Natalie also has definitely had a colourful career with 13 years working in law enforcement which saw her work in various Government roles both in Australia and the Middle East. These positions saw her working at sea with the war against illegal drugs importation and immigration both in the Southern Ocean and top end of Australia’s coastline with Border Forces’ Marine Unit. A move to Abu Dhabi, UAE had the next 8 years working with both the British and Australian Embassies for Prime Minister’s Office, Governor General, various Military units, facilitating Hostage Negotiation Training as well as close personal protection for H.M. The Queen. Many of these roles have provided her with an interest to become a specialist in Human Behaviour and Behavioural Profiling which she brings into her Business Coaching.

When she’s not at the beach with her husband and daughter surfing and board paddling, Natalie is catching up with friends drinking bubbles – and always looking for the next adventure.
